Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Peel and cut potatoes into 1/2 inch slices. Save for later.

  3. In a large glass bowl, combine the butter, rosemary, thyme, basil, garlic powder, salt & pepper.

  4. Place bowl in microwave and melt butter.

  5. Mix the melted butter and seasonings until well combined.

  6. Add potatoes to bowl and toss in butter and seasonings until potatoes are fully covered.

  7. Place a single layer of potatoes on a cookie sheet.

  8. Bake potatoes for 15 minutes.

  9. After 15 minutes, take potatoes out of the oven and pour the chicken broth over the potatoes.

  10. Place the potatoes back in the oven and cook for another 15 minutes.

  11. When the timer is done, pull the potatoes out and let rest for a minute to soak up some of the chicken broth & serve.

Note- You can double the recipe and do two baking sheets at once if needed.
