One Pan Chicken & Rice Casserole

What You’ll Need

  • 9x13 baking dish- our favorite here

  • 4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 14 oz rice- your choice, find our favorite wild rice here

  • 1 10 oz. can cream of celery soup

  • 1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 1 1/4 can of water (use soup can)

  • 2 packets of onion soup mix- or our favorite- onion mushroom


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine the rice of your choosing, cream of celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder and water in a greased 9x13 baking dish.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Place the chicken on top of the rice mixture and sprinkle the onion soup mix over the top.

  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes with the foil still on.
