What You’ll Need
blender or food processor
4 cups berries of your choice
1 cup simple syrup
Instructions
Add your berries to a blender or food processor.
Puree berries and 1/3 cup water.
Pour into a bowl and stir in simple syrup.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until cold.
Process in an ice cream maker according to ice cream maker directions.
Store in airtight container in the freezer.
Note- You can always double this recipe- more sorbet is always a good life choice.
