What You’ll Need


Instructions

  1. Add your berries to a blender or food processor.

  2. Puree berries and 1/3 cup water.

  3. Pour into a bowl and stir in simple syrup.

  4. Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until cold.

  5. Process in an ice cream maker according to ice cream maker directions.

  6. Store in airtight container in the freezer.

Note- You can always double this recipe- more sorbet is always a good life choice.
