Sourdough discard chocolate chip cookies
What You’ll Need
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole grain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 cup discard
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg + 1 yolk
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and combine.
Fold in your chocolate chips.
Let rest on the counter for 4 to 6 hours or overnight in the fridge.
Bake at 375 F for 12 mins.
