Chocolate Syrup


What You’ll Need

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3/4 cup high quality cacao powder

  • 1 cup water


Instructions

  1. Whisk together sugar, cacao powder, and water in a sauce pan.

  2. Cook everything on medium heat for 5 minutes, whisking constantly to ensure the sugar and cocoa powder are well mixed.

  3. Let cool and pour into jar.

Yields approximately 12 oz of syrup
